In this case, pimples, acne, itching, rashes, and dark spots occur on the skin. But not anymore. High Fiber Food

Dietary fiber removes the body's toxins, which increases the glow of the skin. Include Whole Wheat, Semi Brown Rice, Milant's, Oats, Beans, Dale and Vegetable salad in your diet.

Soak Dry Fruits

If you have more pimples then soak dry fruits and eat them by peeling them. Direct eating increases the risk of body heat.

Avoid Spicy Food

Eating more spicy acidity in our stomach and skin problems occur in the body where the amount of acid is increased. So if you have skin problems, then leave the red chilies, garam masala, etc. for a few days.

Avoid Negative Food

If you have sensitive skin, then stay away from some vegetables like brinjal, lady's finger, Arabic and jackfruit which are sticky.

Min Sugar & Salt

If you have skin problems often, then reduce sugar and salt too. Both of these prevent kidneys from throwing out toxins. If toxins increase in blood, itching occurs.

Avoid Packed Food

Avoid packaged food as much as possible. Stale food made with preservatives spoils your skin.

Daily exercise increases blood circulation in all organs of the body. We know that the skin is the largest organ of the body, so more blood flow means the skin gets more nutrients and oxygen. Exercise removes your sweat, which opens the pores of your skin and brings out the dirt inside. Therefore, more physical activity means healthy skin.

➤  Wash Your Fabrics

The fabric that often comes in your skin contacts such as your clothes, your towel, pillow cover or bedsheet must be thoroughly washed at least once a week to remove the access oils, dust, and bacteria. If your skin is sensitive, then you should use cotton clothes except for synthetic clothes.

➤  Hydrated

You must have heard beautiful people saying that the secret of their glowing skin is to drink water properly. Like any other cell, our skin cells are also made of water. They cannot work properly without sufficient water.

By giving fluids to the body properly, your skin can be healthy and soft like children. You can transport water to skin cells through soups, smoothies, juices, fruits, and some vegetables.

➤  Skin Care Routine

You must try this recipe as a healthy skincare routine. A very simple and inexpensive solution that can give you clear and glowing skin right from home.

For this, take one tablespoon gram flour. Add a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of curd and a few drops of lemon. Just apply this mixture on your entire face and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it with lukewarm water. It will immediately remove the dead skin cells of your skin and the face will look absolutely clean. Use this recipe once or twice a week, there will be no need for expensive creams.
